“Preserving beauty and protecting biodiversity from commercial development is my passion. I am deeply proud that citizens of Romeo have gathered to not only make an effort to protect our environment but preserve the history and aesthetic of our small town. 

Being a part of this project has given me a sense of fulfillment and has reaffirmed my purpose to become an environmental lawyer and be an asset to organizations such as this all over the country. 

My favorite volunteer experience is gathering all my friends and holding a fundraiser at the Abbey on Main. I got to bring my grandma and all my friends volunteered and it was a highlight of my highschool experience. 

If anyone could challenge themselves to be a part of something bigger than themselves, I encourage you to try! Whether it’s attending a meeting or having a bake sale, being involved matters. I hope to inspire as many people as I can to be a part of this amazing project!”
